Role Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Senior Care Worker to join our growing team. This is a key leadership role responsible for supporting both service users and junior care staff. The successful candidate will ensure care delivery is carried out in line with individual care plans, company policies, and CQC regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver personal care and support to clients in their homes in accordance with individual care plans.
Supervise and support junior care workers, providing on-the-job coaching and guidance.
Contribute to the assessment, planning, implementation, and review of care plans.
Monitor the wellbeing of clients and report any changes or concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate and timely care records.
Assist in medication administration in line with training and policy.
Promote client independence, dignity, and choice at all times.
Support with rota management, audits, and quality assurance tasks as required
Liaise with family members, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
Relevant qualification in Health and Social Care (minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
Minimum of 3 year of professional experience in a care setting.
Valid UK driving licence and access to a car (essential).
Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
Knowledge of CQC standards and safeguarding procedures.
Right to work in the UK under the Skilled Worker route (UK-based applicants only).
Must be able to relocate or already reside near Bourne, Lincolnshire.

This role is open to applicants already residing in the UK under the Skilled Worker visa route. We do not accept applications from overseas candidates at this time.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Healthcare Support Worker to join our frontline care team. Working under the supervision of senior staff and care coordinators, you will provide direct support to individuals with a range of personal care, health, and wellbeing needs in their homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-standard personal care and support in line with individual care plans.
Assist clients with mobility, nutrition, hygiene, and medication support (as trained – amongst other responsibilities).
Monitor clients’ health and wellbeing (such as vital signs monitoring, etc.) and report any concerns to senior staff.
Support clients with daily living tasks, promoting independence wherever possible.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company policy.
Work collaboratively with other care staff and professionals involved in the client’s care.
Ensure compliance with safeguarding, infection control, and health & safety policies.
Requirements:
Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Minimum of 3 year of professional experience in a care setting.
A caring, respectful, and patient approach to care delivery.
Ability to work flexibly across different shifts including weekends.
Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred but not required).
Right to work in the UK under the Skilled Worker route (UK-based applicants only).
Must be able to relocate or already reside near Bourne, Lincolnshire.
